The needs of individuals are different and everchanging. There are some people who are transitioning from challenging aspects of their lives and are in need of a way to secure housing without the hardship of strict requirements that other rental housing models may enforce. Right On Residential offers private/semi-private rooms that are furnished, utilities included. The Brothers and Sisters of Right On Residential that need more encouragement and care are provided with third party referral human services.
The rent starts at *$450 and is based on the lease, utilities, and amenities. Each house may have a different price per bed/bedroom. Reach out to us for more details and information. We accept employment, self-employment, program rental assistance, government assistance, unemployment and SSI/SSDI. *Some rent fees may differ from unit to unit.

We accommodate individuals who are 18 years old or older, clean, & sober, able to live independently with valid proof of identification. Brothers and Sisters of Right On Residential are accepted on an individualized basis according to their needs, level of independence, plans, goals, and ability to afford accommodations. Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical, and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities to best meet the needs of our community. Brothers and Sisters of Right On Residential are accepted on an individualized basis according to their needs, level of independence, plans, goals and ability to afford accommodations.
All our cooperative living homes are specifically designed to provide housing that is inviting and encouraging to the wellness of people. Because
of that, our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties.
These include:
• Doctor / Nurse Home Visits
• Other Home Health Services (Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy)
• Hospice
• Durable Medical Equipment
• Case Management/Social Work
• Behavioral Counseling/Therapy
• Medication Management
• Many additional services
We provide housing options to some of those who are at times the most in need. Some of these include, but are not limited to:
• Seniors
• Any person diagnosed with any mental health impairment
• Veterans
• Domestic Violence Survivors
• Aged-Out Foster Youth
• Homeless/At-Risk of Homelessnessy.
Brothers and sisters of Right On Residential are those who are able to live independently.
Brothers and Sisters of Right On Residential are those who are able to live independently. Medication management and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs –eating, dressing, getting in and out of beds/chairs, bathing, toilet) are not provided by Right On Residential but may contracted through third party services. Some particular demographics may be limited to services with us due to locations and the functionality of the home. Brothers and Sisters of Right On Residential who are not able to adjust to structure, rules and culture of the home will be required to seek alternate accommodations such as family, friends, shelter or other community housing options when they no longer meet requirements for stay.
